BoostUp is a business innovation club at UWB in Pilsen.
Our goal is to guide young people on their journey to their own business. We create a community of people at the University and connect it with the business world outside. We will support your idea, introduce you to top professionals in any discipline and help you move in the right direction. The one where you can succeed. In addition to the series of workshops, there is an eight-week acceleration programme where you will have the opportunity to work on your project and get it into the pre-incubation phase or even actually implement it.
Your years of studies are the best time for starting a business. Why? You have no liabilities, no mortgage, no leasing, your social and healthcare insurance is paid for, there are no tax payments to trouble with in March, administrative requirements are minimal and capital requirements are "zero". As a bonus, you get a lot of new contacts.
